1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Molerart Luxury Travel Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Molerart Luxury Travel Agency provides bespoke travel planning and concierge services for destinations within Great Britain. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom itinerary planning and design
• Accommodation booking and management
• Transportation arrangements
• Restaurant and experience reservations
• Private guide and concierge services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to travel.

3.3 Our service fees are separate from and in addition to costs for accommodations, transportation, and other travel expenses.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

4.2 Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are subject to the cancellation policies of our suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, etc.).

4.3 Our service fees are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for travel.

5.2 Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance and must provide proof of adequate coverage.

5.3 Clients must adhere to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom during their travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Molerart Luxury Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.).

6.2 We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any third party.

6.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for those specific services.

7. Changes to Itineraries

7.1 We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, travel plans, and documentation provided by Molerart Luxury Travel Agency are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or shared without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website.
